    Fast Food:
I don't know about anyone else, but after a rigorous day on campus my brain is drained, my stomach is ravenous only to face a 45 minute drive home.

A healthy solution to satisfying my hunger and avoiding a head on collision with a fast food joint is having a simple baked potato that I can eat like an apple for the ride home (red potatoes are my favorite). They satisfy my hunger while giving me energy without the calories. I pop one in the microwave in the morning, wrap it in foil and pack it in my bag. They are surprisingly GOOD!

  2. What a great idea! Thanks for sharing that, Barb. I think that hint and subject about avoiding fast food would make a GREAT idea for a blog posting OR a web page.

  3. I also am thinking very seriously about adding Going Back to High School because there are a lot of older people considering this AND already doing it!
